1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, services, and activities conducted on the SupeReds platform. They govern the relationship between SupeReds and all Users (registered or unregistered) who interact with the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: The official website and services provided by SupeReds.
  • User: Anyone accessing or using the Platform.
  • Product: Digital goods sold via the Platform, including top-ups, CD-Keys, gift cards, and softpins.
  • Partner/Provider: Third-party suppliers collaborating with SupeReds.
  • Credits: Store value that can be redeemed for purchases on the Platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. All activity from a user’s account is presumed authorized unless reported otherwise. SupeReds is not responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized access prior to notice being given.

4. Service Scope

SupeReds provides access to digital goods including direct top-ups, CD-Keys, and game credits. All transactions are final once confirmed and delivered. Orders entered with incorrect account/game details are not eligible for refund.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices and promotions listed on the website or social media are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, SupeReds reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, e-wallets, virtual accounts, and credit/debit cards.

6. Gift Cards & Store Credits

  • Gift Cards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Credits must be used within their validity period (typically 2 years from issuance).
  • Lost or stolen cards/credits will not be replaced.

7. Promotions

All promotions are subject to stock availability. SupeReds may alter, reject, or cancel any promotional offer at its discretion, without prior notice. Promotional items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

8. Product Types & Limitations

  • CD-Keys / Softpins: Do not include physical packaging or manuals.
  • Direct Top-Ups: Users must confirm correct game IDs, servers, and amounts.
  • Virtual Items: Cannot be refunded, resold, or exchanged once delivered.

9. Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds will only be considered for the following:

  • Failed top-ups or system errors.
  • Invalid or unusable codes verified by SupeReds.

Refunds may be processed within 7–14 working days. Softpins, CD-Keys, Game Points, and prepaid cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty. Refunds may be issued as credits.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Use the Platform for illegal or abusive purposes.
  • Misrepresent personal information.
  • Upload harmful code or violate intellectual property rights.
  • Harass or exploit other users.
  • Attempt unauthorized access or system disruption.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Indirect or incidental losses.
  • User errors, including wrong input.
  • Network issues, third-party faults, or service disruptions.
  • Unauthorized transactions not reported promptly.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Platform belongs to SupeReds or its content providers. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use Platform materials without permission.

13. Termination

SupeReds reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its discretion. Upon termination, all user rights cease immediately. Outstanding dues must be paid before account closure.

14. Legal Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with all local laws. SupeReds operates under the jurisdiction of Brunei Darussalam. Any legal disputes will be resolved through Brunei’s courts or relevant arbitration bodies.

15. Changes to Terms

SupeReds may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the latest version.
